Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

The PaymentOZ service is operated by Nuvexa Media FZ LLC. By creating a merchant account or using PaymentOZ's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with Nuvexa Media FZ LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

PaymentOZ provides payment collection tooling: hosted checkout pages, automatic matching of incoming bank transfers to orders, transaction records, and merchant payout requests. PaymentOZ is not a bank and does not provide banking services.

3. Merchant Accounts

1. You must provide accurate business information and keep it current.
2. Accounts are reviewed before activation and may be suspended for violation of these terms.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys.

4. Fees

A service fee, published on the pricing page, is deducted from each successfully credited payment. Fees may change with prior notice.

5. Payouts

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually. PaymentOZ may delay or decline payouts where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

6. Prohibited Use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, or the sale of prohibited goods and services.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaymentOZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Outstanding balances of terminated accounts are settled after final review.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
